Allianz Global Assistance dispute resolution process
If you have a complaint or dispute in relation to this insurance, or the services of Allianz Global Assistance or its representatives, please call Allianz Global Assistance on 0800 800 048 or put the complaint in writing and send it to The Dispute Resolution Department, PO Box 33-133, Takapuna, Auckland 0740. Allianz Global Assistance will attempt to resolve the matter in accordance with its Internal Dispute Resolution procedures. To obtain a copy of this, please contact Allianz Global Assistance.
If your complaint or dispute is not satisfactorily resolved, you can follow Allianz Global Assistance’s External Dispute Resolution procedure and refer the matter to Financial Services Complaints Limited (“FSCL”), subject to its terms of reference. FSCL provides a free and independent dispute resolution service for consumers who have general insurance disputes falling within its terms.
